Can't log in

I don't know what happened, i was playing and the game closed alone, i tryed log on but nothing happened, i'm not bot user and i didn't received e-mail with notification, just can't log in, what should i do? I'm not bot user.

I created a ticket few days ago but no reply up this moment.

I have same problem. I went on the website and sent a a Code for my email regarding Secure IP. Signed up to a Code and nothing happens. Please resolve this as soon as possible.: Mad:

wait a bit more , try to "up" your ticket , alot of people got ban by mistake
