If you are required to level up fast, but do not want to risk using some program,
You just need to look for the right people, the owners of the clan Superheroes (Alicewoo, BSST Vndragon and others) the same charge on average $ 100
to level a character from level 96 to 99 with pair within a week using a rune 200%, you log your character and let him sit in a corner as they do all the work for you
At the end of a week you have your char lvl 99 without having used any program or something which you condemn.
Since maintenance on wednesday google chrome will no longer run properly while the game is active. I leave my clients logged 24/7 so this is a little problematical. Chrome now crashes with the messages settings app has crashed and feeback app has crashed. You can click on the notifications to run those apps but they dont run while I have an L2 window open. Lameguard maybe?
I am also STILL experiencing the stuck at splash screen issue on 2nd/3rd clients though it does seem to have abated a little and happens less often but it is still happening. Probably down to Lameguard too. This has happened constantly since may 29th.
Drivers are all up to date. All windows critical updates are installed.
Chrome has always reported a conflict with npggNT.des but it also always worked, until last maintenance. There doesn't appear to have been a gameguard update, we still have Rev 1909 but now chrome doesn't work at all. All URLs display untitled as title and a blank white page. Chromes apps for feedback and settings also crash. If I kill the game clients Chrome miraculously starts working again.

after all these years, ncsoft hasnt learned yet... please, remove this cancer called gameguard... all it accomplished all these years was breaking legit applications

Generally people are stupid so dracha isn't too far off there. Lots of eye rolls daily
Do the raid boss event packs transfer with you if you change servers?
Probably not, I would check the item in the server transfer to see what items will go. Take it out of the warehouse and make sure its in your inventory before you check the list.
Juji already answered that question and the answer is no they don't.
I'm quitting then... can't compete with other players if you dont have these jewels.
