... deal with customers in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when they ask for their accounts banned by bot and try to get unban even knowing that they are boters.
with such a position, would a current player still be able to remain active?
or must the employee suspend all activity?
you can still play your normal account, they do. You just can't go blabbering to the world that you're a GM. If people knew, it would create all sorts of problems and accusations. Despite that, I would love a XP session on a normal level with any GM for fun, but it can't happen. You have to be anonymous. Comes with having great power lol.
I am trying to think how much the code is worth to a 20+ something kid who doesnt give a rats butt about all the rich mf'ers that used to play this game.

I wouldn't be able to split up the responsibilities like that. Imo I wish they had spots for volunteer moderators who are bound by work contract so there's no corruption. I would love to be a forum mod...cause that's the only thing I could really do. :/
We really need a better support team.
Thanks for improvements in the fight against 3rd tools and the constant improvements in our game. With more humans working for players the game will be better.
Just hire another empty chair to assist the other empty chairs in that department. Or maybe a nice, sturdy table to display all the bags of money NCWest holds in higher regards than its own player base.

Being a mod on another forum myself for a few years now, I wouldn't make you a mod honestly.
