Since a week i have not earned a single one...

killing on my toon from 85-88 awaken in harnacks is this something new?

I thought I can earn one a day and ive killed monsters for around 3 hours per day.

anyone else notice this?

Maybe its only in SoA now?

Or you need to be in a party?

I don't think Harnak 1 / 2 give the mark since Lindvior, no idea about H3

so you cant get low lvl adventure marks anymore is this broken or a bug?

You just can get them in party areas. pagan, harnak 1 2 , IOS, etc.. are not really a party areas.
I guess you just can get them in soa.

I get mark at SoS daily, and it is not a party area. :O

Are you completely sure about this? take in consideration than Energy of Destruction can be get at any place you hunt, be it solo or party designed area. Btw, Adventure's Marks can only be obtained in party areas, as SoA, GoG, inside PoD etc - and level doesnt matter, as a player 99 will receive Mark of Spirit if doing SoA and so on.
