i can tell you it is a very good SA if you dont fight people above lvl 93 :D
my healer is using DC armor (A-grade) and a magic hold requiem buster, managed to kill some close ranged fighters with my range as healer they were basicly perma rooted (got 0 hits and i am 5 lvls lower :p )
but as i said dont bother with that SA if your enemies are above 93 or 95 because then it never lands

What happends at 93-95? :D I mean if I get it on a specter weapon or a Adamantine the landrate should be ok at those lvls as well, or am I missing something?

you are missing that the SA's have a fixed level and i am pretty sure a r99 weapon doesnt have a higher lvl version of magic hold SA :p
ofc i might be wrong and r99 weapons have an higher lvl version of it but i dont have the adena to test that :D
but in the end OE r99 weapon with empower is useless, so you might add a useless magic hold SA with the luck that it has a high lvl version that works on 99 people too xD

Dident knew they were fixed, I guessed it scaled or either were based on my lvl/stats.
Ofc Mana Up is good but as I am a Necro and dont have the barrier so it's not as useful as it could be.
