Problem with L2 Store

I having trouble receiving the items within the game, I enter the site and click on lineage 2, after that go to this page that speaks
"Apply In-Game Items
You have selected the character 'RebornFluffy' on Lineage ® II server Magmeld
All available items or item packs have been Given out to this character. "
Even with this message on the website, I can not receive the items within the game in l2 store ... as you can see I have the NcCoin enough to catch the "wings" and still not receive the item.

What error message are you seeing? Can you take a screenshot of it? Do you get it when you click the Purchase button?

I was able to purchase the Silpheed's Wings with no problem.
