OE S Duals over R Duals

Hey guys, just wondering from experienced tyrr warriors. I came back to l2, and Im trying to figure out if I should trade my

11+ Tallum*Dark Legion Duals 300 Ele
456 p atk

For
4 + Apocalypse Duals SA 300 Ele
648 p atk

I focus on both PvE and PvP but Im not sure if I should, any opinions on this?

Patk isnt important on PVP, so stay with your current S duals get a decent augment and pvp them, there you have a good PVP weapon.

For PVE, get a 2H-sword with focus-haste and you will be fine.
