Hello! Today I came across a problem, I can not connect to my account Lineage. This was banned or suspended ... Why??? I was always a honest player, never stolen, never I offended anybody or use bots, hacks, or other forms of fraud....only stopped playing for some time. :confused:
I sent a message to support but not helped me recover anything, I don't remember all my acount information, only email and the name of the char.I already give up this account but wanted to use again the name of my char on Naia server.
I started playing around 05/2011, played some 2 months, arrived till lvl 60 and I stopped playing for not having time.I'm back now, a month ago I tried to log in and could not ... tried it on sait recover, but managed to enter the account said that the account has been banned or has been suspended ... After a month of attempts the account seems to have completely been eliminated. I created a new acount with the same email and gave!
As if the account is not existed! But when I try the game by the name of my ex-char says that the name already exists.
I don't want to complicate, I only want the administrators of the game erase the name of the server Naia (Where I played for the first time) so I can to reuse. I always use that name in every game, and how it identifies me.

your create before GoD and you never log after, so there was time to all old accounted log and like i see you not make that so all old data base is delete. Some1 other have your name for sure...
