Afaik not even the Ru PTS is on, i doubt they will launch it next week
and only RU is ahead of us in the updates, the EU Innova is beind us 2-3 weeks always

Next week's maintenance is the last time server transfers will happen for a few weeks. If you have your request in before the maintenance it will go through.
