It's a default start command (?) or open options of tower or something, so many bot users often write it in party/clan chat instead of common chat where it should be i guess

He could also know as you do and just messing around.
With your logic you should be banned also since to know means to use so u use and call him bot to lower competition.
This photo tells nothing many times noobs call others bots cause they just dont know how to play (hell a 95+ tank in oly asked me (i was with summoner) if i steal buffs)

OP was in party with a bot and therefore benifitted from cheating game play.

According to the Game Surveillance Unit and the GMs, he should be banned.

Pls post here when OP is banned, whichever GM bans him.

/cfg <- cmd no exist in l2 game, he can spam it on every chat 24/7 it is not punishable :)
