Until Juji has either ascertained that this is just a Taiwan-specific phenomenon caused by the Big5 ideogram entering system (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big5) or whatever, Windows 8 users should better not purchase exp runes or any other timered items from the L2Store.
In fact, until it has either been officially stated that the English version of Valiance works with Windows 8, or Vali announces that the launch of Valiance is indefinitely delayed, I would recommend Windows 8 users not to purchase any NCoins at all. In this way you are on the safe side and you are also protecting NCWest from getting accused of improper business conduct :)

wow, I find it weird that L2 is having issues running with newer windows versions,chrome and stuff. I've never seen a game have these problems,unless there are others

So many updates, confused me. They next chronicle should be call "Lineage 2: Bot Store". Clear, not confusing and a 100% truth. And when someone is asked: "During what period were you playing Lineage 2?" You can answer "Bot Store". People will understand that you are talking about the era of bots and a messed up l2 store.
