The following are some of the major issues that have been reported for the Valiance update.
Current Known Issues:
Earth Tremor skill is broken and causes player to knock themselves down.
Gifting or sending items automatically return back to your character's mailbox. Please contact customer support (http://support.lineage2.com/) to resolve this issue.
Entering an instance may reset your XP bar (blue) to your SP bar (purple). This is an easy fix, just click on the SP bar to revert it back to the XP bar.
Boz Core NPC still has missing textures.
Damage Text Issues:
Damage Text - Player
DOT damage - Dot damage is listed when "normal" damage is checked
Damage Text - Target
DOT damage - Dot damage is listed when "normal" damage is checked
Damage Text - Recovery
Crit. Rate - Critical Heals do not turn off
Damage Text - Pet
Acquire XP - XP text not visible on Pet
DOT damage - Dot damage is not displayed to the pet owner.
Immunity - Damage is shown instead of Immunity.
Resistance - Resist Damage message is not visible.
What is a "known issue"?
It's a bug that has been officially verified and acknowledged by NCSOFT staff. This means that is has been officially reported as a bug and we are already investigating the matter and will likely be requesting a fix for it. Different known issues may have different parameters for investigation and bug-fix requesting. This list only reflects issues that are happening in-game. For technical issues, please contact tech support (https://support.lineage2.com/) immediately.
Why is my issue not listed?
Some issues players have reported are not yet confirmed and therefore are not yet "known issues." This thread will be updated as major issues are confirmed. If you don't see your issue in this list, contact support about it first so we can investigate and verify if its a bug or not.
Where can I post about a bug?
If you have found an issue that you think is a game bug (something that is not working as intended) and want to post it or ask other players about it first please check these forums to see if there is already a thread about it. If you can't find anything about it, report the issue to the support team through a support ticket (https://support.lineage2.com/). You can also create a thread for that topic, but please understand that forum threads are not official bug reports.
