I see the hunting zone is 93->97, but does this mean anyone lvl 98, 99 cannot come in? Is it only people from 93 to 97 who can raid this?

Are 5 parties necessary?

Anyone try it?

Thanks

ONE question! With the new update, what can a 98 do? On 97 I can still do Tiat! But I miss like 90% of the other instances! Juji why you hate me so much?! At least get me a kitty outfit ffs!
