I went to the Fantasy Fishing Dock and there´s two things I am not sure if are bugged or what´s the deal.
1. You also have a chance to catch "Whales" which can be used to acquire "Whale Oil." ... Not even one whale catch in the hour I was there. Is it a super low level chance ?
2. The Fantastical Energy buff states you will recover Vitality "if you stay at the dock for some time". Well...I stayed the full hour and my vitality didn´t move at all. Why ?
