Hello, i got many (+-10%) raidadena share mails automatically back with the note that "time was exceeded" .But I am 100% sure that there were always 14 days left...Please look into this to fix it- because its alot unnessecary extra work for me- thank you in advance.
I often send to my clannies adena shares from drop and since Valiance many of these mails returns with notification you spoke about. Clannies on the other hand say, that they click on claim button, mail system lags and mail dissappears and no adena added to their inventory. In that case mail retruns back to me. It happens independently with several people. I've also noticed that ingame mail system is somewhat laggy - i click on send button, nothing happens (but my toon react on move instructions immediately, so I don't have lag at that time) and after 2-3 seconds mail goes away from me (is sent), weird....
Funny..I just noticed as well what I thought at the time was just me being stupid, a mail issue a couple days ago. I always mail all mats/drops etc.. to a certain toon that is my alt clan leader, from all my other toons that are acquired while hunting/questing/etc.. and I noticed that I had mail returned to a couple (not all) of the characters that I had sent it from. I just assumed I did something wrong, and resent with no issue. Maybe there is something going on with the mail.

Its 100% a bug.
I mail each weak 100+ different clanie rewards mails, its not depend on persons to mail, jsut randomly bug as soon they try to receive the reward. 15-25% chance for buggy mail.
Please, Juji fix this - for big clans its important bug fix- every minute counts. Thank you in advance:)
this happened to me with normal mail too
i sent stuff to another toon, and when i went to open it, it just dissapear saying the time ran out and was sent back to main
Sharing adena through simple drop is still the best way :) Even in year 2013
Not easy to do like this, since items not sold right after raid- not smart if cwh "prebuy" all for adena drop especially when farm 20+ istina 16-20 octavis /week as an active clan...
Just happened last night with Rudolph Agathion I gifted my Feoh.
Have a support ticket in hopefully they put it on that character...
But the chances of me utilizing the L2Store again in the future: NIL.
EDIT: Seems my Support Ticket was closed without notification and without any action...
At the moment:
1. Do not split funds via in-game mail. The mail will be returned.
2. Do not use the Gift Purchase function in the L2Store. Your money will be wasted.Your ticket is being moved to another rep to resolve the issue. We're aware of the mail bug and have already requested devs to fix it. In the meantime, we'll be manually resolving these issues.
Have the same problem with a rudolf that was returned here as well, and see no way of trying to resend a returned gifted item. Have sent a ticket it so hope its resolved soon.
I did some testings (30 mails to my alt on/-offline) and u should know that the mailbug doesnt occur when the receiver is online at the time u mail it. So make sure the person u gift from l2store is online. I managed to giftmail 100% correct w/t bug with this testing info.
