Hi, I bought a power shirt from the L2 store. Then i went to fantacy island to buy the power shirt enchant scrolls to make it +3, the problem is it will not let me purchase them. So i can not enchant the shirt. Anyone can help me?

It's a known issue of Valiance. Check the corresponding topic.

It's broken on Paddy NPC, waiting for a fix.
