Mouse Freeze

I have problem with my mouse like 80% ppl of server :X every time i touch my mouse i have freeze lag ping***** ._. i send ticket to ncsoft but they have no idea how to fix. I test my mouse and i have 500hz, after download program to change my Hz in my mouse for $1 i still have 500hz and still have lags, so what to do? any good program for change Hz or smth ? Or maybe juji, you know smth about next update, ncsoft gonna fix it ?

I don't have a problem, so it's not ALL. If NC hasn't squirreled out a problem then has to be on the user's end.

Did you try a different mouse for test purposes to see if it changed the problem?

Yes with other mouse which have ~200 Hz is all ok, if i put my PRO mouse for $300 every touch mouse in game i have freeze and cant move, i dont have any program where i can change my HZ and Ncsoft cant help, and ofc all know after update is problem with HZ in game....

Your "$300 PRO mouse" didn't come with any software? Quite the savvy consumer aren't you? Bahaha...

So you got ripped off. Surely whoever makes this "PRO $300" mouse has a website, but it's crazy to think they would offer software for their products on that site... I think you're just dumb.

If you login from Aden and move your camera view then it seems to need to load. Usually I have no problem.

Your mouse Pony, you can get the software from the company's website most likely. I'd make sure you're up to date. My $20 wireless mouse seems to do me just fine. I don't need a $300 mouse to play a game, that's just stupid as others said.
