I don't know what you mean with "when DEX is MAX" because you CANNOT reach the 200 DEX cap limit.. you need to **** the character stats to reach that point lol..
Anyway.. P.Evasion is for ANYTHING is tagged as Physical so, i guess it's BOTH, attacks and skills..
Skill Crit backstab is the most important aspect of a dagger now.

+DEX increases the chance they crit significantly
+STR increases the chance they crit moderately but also influences skill mastery passive.
Given the raw smash daggers have now in Valiance, +DEX outweighs +STR.
DEX = P.Crit.Rate; P.Accu; P.Eva; Atk.Spd; AND SPEED
Also
STR = P.Atk; P.Crit.Dmg;
And
CON = Max HP; HP Regen; Weight Limit; Breath; Shield Def.Rate; P.Debuff Resist;
To be more accurate, CON have nothing to do with STR/DEX since it's not a "fight" releated statistic, but more about survivability, like MEN..
STR or DEX depend on your play style..
@Topic: For any dagger class, Dex will give most successful attack, speed FTW, chances to duble damage, and STR will give most chance for critical skill time/reuse, like duble time, and reset skill CD, also STR give a little more critical damage
Most daggers are using DEX dyes for the reasons which are mentioned upper and i wont repeat them XXX times.
Some daggers are using STR cuz of situations mentioned above also (like oly basicly)
Dont forget about epic jew, cuz they can fix some stats, and cannot fix other. Sometimes if u are heavy epic, u dont have to for example adding more dex cuz ur p.crit can be already high/top enought and u should invest in other kind of dye/hat/bracelet etc.

Not wrong, but Yul and Daggers have superior armor mastery that increasse Speed and Crit. Rate depend ur DEX, so if u have +15 dex, u have exact +15 speed
Anyway, I use DEX+STR, not full dex, not full str
My full itens give +12 DEX / +6 STR / +1 CON, coz I'm not full Legendary DYE Lv.5

Have to remind Daggers that pvp is not for guys that are using ASDW to walk !!If u know what i mean .
try get DEX to 70 and after that raise your STR as much as you can.. The more you have the better it is for skill reuse and double duration..and with 70 DEX you become a killing machine
