Yes this should be changed , at least 15% chance to trigger on use ...
Or change daggers chance to land a blow to 2% ... :P.

There is nothing to fix about the change in classes since the "bosses" in korea decided that this way it should be,
NCWest is just the seller of the game not the producer
they sell what the Koreans produce, and even if all Western World disagree with that, if the Koreans dont decide that is wrong there is nothing we can do
so better adapt to the changes, it will be less stressful for you

I'll definitely agree with you about the moves they've pulled with previous events where a key item is a super low drop rate and can also be bought for nc coin. I dislike that and as a result vote with my wallet by not taking part in buying items from the store.
Point still stands though, no real point going on about this one until we know what the update and event actually entails.

I vote for free events again! I would much rather pay 15$ a month and have free events than free to play and no free events... Ya I understand bots made a lot of money from these "free" events.. But it also gave the non bots a chance to earn some adena! Farm 14 hours a day solo and it pays off! Now events are for people who only buy ncoin.. which to me is not fair at all! It gives the people with big wallets the advantage instead of hard earned gameplay! Whoever has the most real life money wins l2 hands down. And they level so fast with stacking xp runes and always having vitality. I am sorry but this is just not fair in my opinion. I would much rather it be the way it use to be.. Where the real hard xpers are 99 not the rich people! I will stop QQ now. just wanted to throw in my 2 cents. Pre GOD ftw :D

It's called marketing, and they know people are getting excited with phrases like "top grade".

And why do i keep getting disconnected ? I manage to reach the caracter selection screen but after that i get disconnected immediately .. I reinstalled the game, i fixed it with the auto-updater but nothing seems to work. Can someone help me please ?
