I'd like to know, if the drops of hellbound are corrects?
My CP spend 16 hours + per day for one weeks with Drop Rate Rune 100% and nothing !
Where are the pvp and pve stones?
I haven't seen anyone drop something !
99% of the mobs don't drop nothing, we farm about 3kk per day !
Bug? or one more field useless in this game?

Mate... If the rate is 0.0009 like, 100% drop rune rate wont give you much of a difference.. Also if I remember correct - If only one person is having drop rune, the percentage is being divided to all members, so 1 party with 7 ppl and drop rate rune 100% will give to each person hmm around 14% increased chance for drop???

I use Prestige Pack and in average I farm like 10-20m per hour in Hellbound, so my friend you do something wrong for sure.
It seems we have gotten some "cut down", version of HB.
On the Russian PTS, we did a small party and did some AoE on the solo mobs. After 30-40 min we had 4 wpn frags, 11 synth cokes and some other things, that I don't remember atm.
Some ppl got 1-2 dark eternal stones in phantasmal ridge.
And btw it's not normal that the Gainak mobs got ~1% chance and then we don't have any other mob to obtain these, unlike the russians.
Either put already all the valuable stuff in the store or give the ppl some better drops on the end game zones.
Won't happen :P ... the drops are nerfed to kingdom come ..Slowly but surely the in-game adena is replaced by Ncoins. Ran out of shots ? bad luck try our 10,000 soulshot pack adventurer. No adena to teleport around ? We got you covered with state of the art teleport scrolls for only 100ncoins.
Rejoice friends spin that wheel and gather 1000 dark stone fragments so you can finally get 1 eternal enchancement stone after spending 2000-3000$
The game experience compared to other regions is a travesty .. It's not the L2 we knew anymore.
The only place where you can still get that it's the korean servers where people play in only one timezone.

premium accounts get increased drop/xp/sp rates on Innova so yeah you can't really compare that to what we have imo..

Premium account doesn't work on PTS server (or maybe it does, but I didn't have it) and I could still farm 50m+ adena and lots of materials in 1 hour of farm at solo area. GL doing that here ;)
Btw the info that I have (not sure how accurate) about HB drops in Korea: Adena drop 70% chance (like all other areas in the game) 100-200k in solo/small party area and 1kk-2kk in full party area. Also mobs drop dark eternal stone (not fragment) and dark amaranthine stone fragment at low chance.
its about drop rate rumes.... They cut all drops . Even thou Ncwst what the hell Dont cut drops geez crist pplz who want buy rune will buy it anyway to increase drops and their income. Pplz who have no money all they want is game playable. Now its its not worth farming at all.
Pplz who do not have money for donations can only troll around towns nothing more or less. They CANNOT afford GEAR to go ANYWHERE.

Obviously NCWEST changed the drop settings. Korea and Russia has the same drop rate for adena and mats.
What is funny is you get +100% chance of drop rate if you have the Prestige Rune. But really it only means to say you get the "real" drop rate that's supposed to be which is usually 70% chance adena drop. All of the changes were done by NCWEST just for us to purchase the Prestige Pack where we get the supposed drop rate.
What's also funny is that there are specific areas that don't even drop any adena at all. Kinda like the Hellbound area but it's a lowbie area. not even 1 adena. Call this normal drop rate? I don't think so.
We should not buy any of this Prestige pack and also complain about it Because it sucks big time!

On the PTS, premium account does not work ( only the dualbox feature).Im getting same XP/SP from the mobs there as I do here.
Spoke to few ppl last night and for some reason they all said smth like "it's to better suit their community" - whatever that means.
We are screwed and no one cares. The problem is that you can't compensate with the L2Store either.
