Mine still won't work...no time to screw with it. I get the code in my yahoo mail, but when I migrated, I used a gmail account... why I'm getting it in my yahoo, is beyond me...but it won't let me log in to use it with the yahoo account because it's no longer my game account...and when I log in with my gmail that it was migrated to, it tells me invalid. So screw it. Not worth the fight.

same here, the email i got the code in, is not attached to any account anymore. oh well.. :(
Mine worked fine and it was sent to my main account email, even tho it ended up in the spam area. As for all the other email accounts you guys forced me to make... nothing. I am ok with the single free spin so don't fret over my lost email. I may have turned off email notification on the several support accounts, it seemed like the right thing to do at the time... had I known they would send free stuff to those... anyway.

I've been back and forth with support and let me tell you..USELESS.
First I basically got a copy and paste about the promotion. Well no ****, I know about it. Then I get told I am an active on the mailing list and that I got the email..no I didn't, I never got a effen thing on none of my three accounts.
You know NCsoft, blow me. If you can't even deal with the massive lump of crap you offer then just don't. For the money I've given you despite how this game has been handled you could at least give me what you were offering. Obviously I haven't used the wheel, you'd see that. It's not like I'd get anything epic,but hey a free vit cookie it alright or something.
I wouldn't have spent time sending in support tickets to try and scam you over a free spin on that stupid wheel.

My point is that if you as a business are offering a free item or virtual good with no limited supply then it should be honored if it is within the stipulations of the promotion. How many times has NCSoft pulled this garbage on us? Too many. Everything always turns into some kind of hassle or run around.
Right now I'm in a bad mood and sick of being screwed over. I have no faith in humanity after trying to recover our truck after smashing it into a guard rail yesterday and then having it impounded due to the tow ban on the interstate. Just F people lately.
