understand that the people who sell you the ncoin have no ability or desire or backing from higher up to fix any problem you might encounter.
also be aware that any mishaps due to server lag/internet disconnectivity aren't ncsoft west's problem
any items where you think you have a winner, arent necessarily a winner, its not the gm's problem if you think you have an item that is 100% success but turns out to be 5% success(they dont know the answers/blame Korea). They also dont have any control over items descriptions! So they are just middlemen.
So the only thing safe to spend ncoin on is stupid vit/cosmetic/buff's etc...which all in the big scheme of things are worthless.
They are worthless because the ongoing automated problem that NCSOFT west has no ability to control other than to spam hourly in game text messages not to do it!

I have played this game here on official server since 2011 December. I am daily player and i have participated in hundreds epic raid parties and i havent got a single epic jewelry, not even a shirt!
So i bought few packs and now i am more competitive player! Thank you NCsoft!
