Its only i think so or many players even top ones quiting game ?
All ppl quit game in their time, what's wrong with it? Those SH DH had lots of different ppl back in year 2009 for example, now i don't see many of them. That is life, no one is forced to play game forever :D
Also in different periods different amount of players plays. Example on this summer was a lots of player online on the game, while in summer of 2012 was much lesser players.
Mostly the October-November and the January-April times the most active ones.
You will be amazed how many NCwest players are playing at Innova.eu nowdays.
Just scroll out on the forum or make a lvl1 toon on their server.

anyway both servers are in let's say suboptimal conditions even on core bot population makes almost half of the server not like it really matters where you play anyway now :D

yes like i said some years ago it was only a matter of time until the RMT people want to milk the cow on core too and like i said it really does not matter if you play on core or like me on naia difference is non existent if not now then soon enough mark my words :D
You fail to realise that RMT exist simply because the demand is high.
95% of Naia population buying adena, they pop-up each level full geared when that gear costs 10b+ clean, but "hey" everyone makes rare drops/palying the market/have spoilers alt.

I guess enough if we watch players like Troy, he was a very well geared player here on Teon/Naia, but he also played here through many years and in top clans.
But he went to Core and under 1,5 years he got better gear through ebay than he got at NCwest server with his many years background.
At first was available the ebay on Innova in the last weeks or months appeared the bots too in bigger numbers earlier or later will appear the PvP scripters like MartelX or FiGGa or Graf on our servers.
So there is no point to move there and start everything all over again, because while you achieve what you got here, the server will looks more worse the the NC servers.

Those newcomers aren't there for long when they discover RMT. TBH, L2Store serves are a catalyst for this as it breaks down the moral/ethical barrier some may have IRT paying to advance faster/better in a video game. The minute they buy that XP Rune, the chance of them RMTing to upgrade goes up because they've already cleared that mental hurdle.
And I've seen a metric ton of "newcomers" that pop up in full Twilight Armor with 300 Attribute Apocalypse Weapons days after awakening. There's no way they could do that while leveling up at the speed the mentor system allowed with that 200% Bonus back then...

I'll admit I got my TW set by buying ncoin cards and used the bonus item codes to make adena, I also used events tied to the store to make adena to buy my equipment and fully element it all. How else can a person afford it?

And 2 years later my old Retributer is still with 245 attribute... Amazing, isn't it?
Nope, I don't use Retributers anymore. Actually, I use it for my Wynn dual, the rare times I change into it... Still, it does its job.
But the point is my amazement at people popping out with full attributed gear seemingly from nothing, given the current time not being favourable to newcomers... all the while my old gear is simply taking the dust with barely half enchants XD I almost envy those "newcomers"!

The last tersi was completely ncoin free event with good prize list.
Since NCsoft made events completely paid you can forget about MAX population on servers relax .

i know many left chronos, for the EU server and those were quite hardcore players with good gear.

Complaing to NCsoft about Botting is like complaing to the U.S. Governemnet about illegal aliens. not much is going tobe done.
1.NCSOFT needs those bots on the servers, just like USA needs those illegal aliens, believe it or not, the bots help to stablize the economy of lineage 2 servers. So when NCsOFt has banning party, it is simply to create fear among the botting community, and save face. just as when america goes after illegal aliens during election years.
2. Unfortunetly the botting has destroyed any chance for legit player to aquire items or adena, by regular farming in hunting zones, (hence the surplus of adena farmer and retailers - Conspiracy theory NCSOFT owns the adena retailers, would make a whole lot of sense..and diverts blame from ncsoft.)
3. PK penalty - PKing bots use to be fun, and for legit players a sense of some sort of justice, this effort to "help the noob players level" is a sure asset to botters, and adena farmers.
4. NCCOIN - the NCCOIN shop was NCSOFT version of donation server, and since the introduction we have seen adena, mats, hunting zones, all decreased, now you kill a level 90 mobs, and you might get 167 adena in a party of seven, very unlikly to get rich doing that for 4 hours. BUT we have seen drop runes added to the shop, and items that you could buy and easily turn around and sell for adena. So the question is do i play legit for 8 hours to maybe get 2kk adena, or buy items i can sell for adena from the NCcoin shop.
Example 20$ =1600 Ncoin = Talisman Pack
30 GE = 175kk
Khalia scroll to protect talisman 20-40kk
so with 20$ you can get almost 250kk
5. Botting versus Paying - Im nuetral about this point, and i will leave my personal opinion out, i will simply state the obvious.
NCSOFT is a business and nothing more, they are not your friends, they are a business and business jobs are to make money.
If you bot, it is a risk, they want to flush you out, and reduce the compitetion, and increase NCCOIN purchases. Has very little to do with providing a FAIR gameplay experience, as you can see the frenzies of BOTS. "SHOW ME THE MONEY!"
6. BIG CLANS seem to eqaul big rewards with NCSOFT, i once ran my own private server and i had to cater to the BIG CLANS, they provide drama, game play, and most important PLAYERS! a dead server = a dead server!
Conclusion, if your a botter, then just be a botter, but please dont be a complainer, NCSOFT doesn't care about your crying, or your version of the story, remember they are not your friend, or care about you unless you prove your worth to them, through the purchase of NCCOIN. Remeber if your banned its not the end of the world, most MMO's are free to play these days, and hey if you have to start all over, why not start a whole new adventure.
Players who purchase NCCoin are important to NCSOFT, because they are CUSTOMERS, a botter is a Parasite, to their business.
About the bots , yeah , it seems that in Innova they found a way to crack out the Frost...but it was just a matter of time ^^ just when i "moved" to innova there was some , in low lvls spot and they was enough "handable" since GMs was active...right now i've no clue about the bot situation there , even if i'm playing there i play pretty rarely and as far as i could see in core , even in the latest hours varka was pretty clean (or maybe i didn't found any?)

I met a Lyelin, a Narwain, a dismiss, a exeqtor, one Graf and one Graff and one Troy.
Only the last one was the real one behind the name. Most of them are fanboys. And yup, I prefer to play on NCWest rather than Innova after playing on both
The only reason I would move to Innova would be when my current clan moves there... Which will never happen, so I keep playing on NCWest servers... I assume that a lot of people share the same feeling.

ncwest has some strong points too which laby already mentioned on rochand and i support them 100%
