Hi, can someone help me I'm lost on how to install koreano l2

I'm totally lost, since the ncwest bankruptcy is imminent, I wanted to play the koreano, but am lost on everything, since I still could not create a char, does anyone know please, and who is willing to help only to come and play T_T

Wut?

You can't legally play on Korean servers. You need to be a citizen and a resident to do so.

You need korean social security number (or how do they call it there?) to play!

Where does this rumour about NCWest going bankrupt come from?
