Dark elves have more INT and their m.attk scales more with INT than any other race. However the largest difference with a similar setup is 50-60% M.attk.
Standard doesn't include BR and Dual casting. Nor does it include boss jewels. Well, ok, Boss Jewels only because NCSoft decided to sell temp ones recently.
still an invalid point, since Feoh StS will have a f.c.kload more matck than that of yours in that image.
Also, that situation (maigc herb/valiant scroll/santa buff; the blue buff I have not f.cking idea about) isn't common in day by day neither for all feohs running around, then it's clearly out of discussion for this thread.

Well, since you asked....
That holy element is doing nothing for you, change your element.
As for why your matk is so low. Might have something to do with you being Mystic Muse.
Those are the elements you have stances for, and the elements your spike will debuff for.
Dark/Holy are alignments. You have no stances for them, and you will receive no benifit from them.
Also, water is a bad element to pick at low lvl, too many mobs with water resist. Go fire or wind for apo, recheck elements when you get to 95, or if you get to 95.
Elves no longer get 10 element bonus for water. But then again, even that tiny bonus was never enough to make going water good at all.
So, long story short:
Holy bad.
Elements good.
Stop listening to your clan leader, he is clueless.
i would boost more with this toon . Imo there is better buff for matk boost :)
