What is the point doing all those craftable bless scrolls if even throu wheel neither farming hellbound full server can't get 10 weap scraps during full month althou those scrols are 5% chance ? . Neither raids drops them or those botle fragments 1/1000 ? If soemoene can explain me plz.

old info and for R95 and below gear it does matter but yeah 5% chance means good luck with that..

drop rate is insane low but that's no excuse for the dumb prices ppl try to put on something with 5% chance success lol

and its not a joke here a bit there a bit and there a little bit more wuola u have extra 20% advantage overall. u will say why u need coc belt get nurkas what can do this 5% reflect resistance. Then u will say me why u need reflect resistance augment ? and then u will say what are those 5% in pvp armor etc etc . So maybe i should now run in +3 gear 1 Sa because why someone need 2 sa for extra 5% ?:D lol u mademy day m8.
