4. Nothing is done to stop the use of pvp-assisting programs at all.
The list can go on and on, yet there are no real answers from the ever-understaffed and underfunded game management.

We should need to write a letter to Korea, in korean, signed by hundreds or thousand of players plus a massive stop of loggin so servers go down with low population plus more and more and more things to maybe get an answer.

Go all to Korean servers and start bot, cheat and exploit there. Also we need to send Nova there so they could get 6 castles and turn all koreans in slaves. After 2-3 month of lawlessness we need to start spam their forums with topics "Wtf GM do something!" involving in them korean players.
And than the main Lineage 2 dev team will begin really to think how too improve the game and protect it from the cheater armies.
No the management is not absent - it is busy censoring the forums. I still suggest Facebook/Google+ Hate-Groups, Blogs and Forums for NCW and NC to be opened including but not restricted to Lineage 2 and specifically for any new IP they try to bring on the market. When the public image of a company even in the eyes of casuals drops below a certain level, then they must act.
Or at least the could sell the copyrights to another company, and try out a different marleting approach.

I was wondering the same dam thing too. I don't want your first reply cause I invested 10 years of my life into this game (playing since 3rd grade). So there's quite a bit of sentiment with this game I have.
The second reply I wish they'd do. For god sakes, Innova got that awesome treatment, why can't we?

My first guess would be that with the skeleton crew they call management, this game still yields a sizeable profit.
Just think about it, when god started and the r grade destruction enchants were added to the destiny packs and suddenly all those +18/19 weapons appeared. Or the boss jewel packs, or anything similar (the enchantable shirt thing comes to mind too). My guess is that each of those packs gave them profits in the hundred thousand dollar range.
Or just the people that buy multiple packs for multiple accounts every month. My point is that for the servers and the employees this game apparently (doesnt) have, it still prints money for basically little cost.

Bots are the main revenue of the game. Simple as that. Who else is dedicated enough to drop hundreds if not thousands on NCstore?
I've argued that PvE content is not engaging, and is insulting to the players intelligence. Everything is balanced around botting. When adena, drops, and XP/SP is nerfed to fractions of what they previously were, what did you expect people to do? EVE online also has ******edly long progression tables. But it also has function to progress while away from the game. No such comfort here. What does that tell the average player after so long of little enforcement? Even though you earn no money, progress very little each day, and get rocked by people who botted first. Don't bot. Yea...ok.
All events are NCcoin fundraisers, and have little to do with the community. Yes I know that wasn't always so, but just because they handed out free Tauti rings for 72 hours does not mean we can't have real interaction.
All ingame functions are based around Korean populations/economic activity. Finding 100 people for Lilith/Anakim really means finding 40 people with 100 accounts for most servers/alliances. Current economy is broken due to deflation mechanics is hurting the lower income players. If you quit last year with 40bil in your inventory from MOS exploiting, and logged in today. You could buy pretty much anything. But if you just farmed up 200mil in dailies and watch it burn as you fail a simple craft/enchant/upgrade. Even if you did get a drop there is only 2-3 people on the server who could even buy it.(Naia/Chronos excluded)
