Nop. Noticed that the drop rate rune isnt working for us at istina/octavis/ekimus/tiat/tauti , maybe its a bug maybe its my negative aura :D
Before Valiance the drop was 2 times more from these , after update with or without rune the drop is the same (Dye,BEWR/BEAR,Unbind)

The drop rate rune won't affect items that have a 100% chance to drop. The BWER/BEAR/GWER/GEAR share the same drop table.

With 200% Drop Rate Rune:
Seraph Breastplate - 24

Without 200% Drop Rate Rune:
Seraph Breastplate - 4
