Its not a bleed or poison, flame doesn't have its own debuff group. its nothing just like marks.

Some debuffs have no property, they're just a debuff but there's no specific type of resist for them. I like to call them "Neutral"..since devs too lazy to even name them, "nothing" is too generic. xD ps: i think they actually named it nothing 0o bleh

Bleeds debuff only exists for othell rogue, and poison debuff only for othell rogue aswell on awakened chars afaik.

Yes it is BLEED because of things like:
Crystal form cancels it,
Blood stab overwrites it,
people without bleed resist jewelery almost never resist it, people with them resist it quite often.

Its WIND attack since it blows foul breath on you
