hi after the maintenance i did the update and logged in game.. i try open l2store and buy the fortune ticket... when i open it i press purchase but nothing happens.. i try close the store and open it again.. it just wont open.. i restart the client and the same happens again.. i dont know what to do.. any help plz :/:(
In my case that the 'Lineage II/System/WindowsInfo.ini' got corrupted for some reason and the purchase window got way outside of my game window.
In that file every window has a PosX and PosY coordinate. It sets that at what pixel the window will open up. If it is higher than your resolution of the game you will not see the window, because it will be outside of your game screen.
What I did to solve it:
I opened the file with the notepad and checked if any PosX and PosY number was way higher than my actual resolution of the game.
I remember that for some reason the purchase window location was 16.000+ PosX coordinate that is why I didn't see it. I changed it to 0 and next time i launched it was there when i clicked it.
Be careful not to change the other things. :)
If you afraid to do that, ask a friend to send you their file.
I don't know if deleting that file and then running the game again would solve it. Probably not.
i dont have ncoin to try that but i saw many ppl get the ticket and i was the only one that couldnt i will try it in 2 min to change the resolution of that file and see what happens
