If you purchased the 14 day Raidboss Accessory pack from the L2 Store last year and have any left you may want to send in a ticket about them being changed. Previously they gave a set of 4 jewels, now the description is saying they give 1 of the 4 only and its probably a random jewel. Obviously not what we paid for.

woot! thank you for the response...had some people waiting on a response to my ticket before they raged so am happy that its a positive outcome.
On a side note does that mean that the 14 day packs in the l2 store that you can get for hero coins are also complete packs rather than just 1 jewel? It's the same item (4 boss jewels), but lasts 30-days.

I meant the other one. There are 2 packs in there for hero coins, the 30 day (that you are talking about) and also a 14 day with the same description that our older packs we bought last year has been changed to....indicating only 1 jewel instead of 4

Yes and I said earlier that the description has a localization issue. It still gives you 4 boss jewels.
Ah ok, I thought you were just talking about the ones we bought last year and was double checking if it applied to the ones in store now too. Thank you for the answer.
