We have made some new improvements to our Server Transfer (http://store.lineage2.com/optional/detail?goodsNo=5001000) account service. The new changes can be found in red below:
What is transferred?
The character’s equipment, level, class, Subclass and Dual Class (if applicable), race, skills and skill enchantments, quests and their process, and quest items
Weapons, Armor, & Accessories in a character's inventory
Ability Points
Augmentations on Weapons & Accessories
Character Macros
Limited Time Items (XP Runes, Drop Runes, Raid Boss Jewels...etc)
Modified Appearances on Weapons and Armor
Color Titles
Olympiad Tokens
Hero Coins
Soul Avatar Agathions energy levels reset to 0 (A bug has been submitted for this issue). In the mean time, please submit a ticket to support
Pets (the name is reset and any items in the pet’s inventory will be deleted)
Tattoos, dyes and symbols, registered Dwarven and regular recipes
What is not Transferred?
Items in any warehouse
Demonic Sword Zariche, Blood Sword Akamanah and Hero weapons
Friend list, mail
Olympiad points
Giant's Enchant Scrolls (A bug has been submitted for this issue)
Items on the Dimensional Merchant NPC will not be transferred. Withdraw items to your character’s inventory that you want to transfer.
Seal stones entrusted to a priest and contribution levels are all reset. Among the quest items, normal items that are sold in shops or can be exchanged are not transferable.
Example: (Black Papyrus, Tower of Insolence Blueprints, Red Gem, Spirit Bead, Caravan
(low-grade/mid-grade/high-grade) Certificate, Ancient Tome of the Demon, etc.)
Items that are in your pet inventories
Mentor/mentee contracts.
Yellow names given out to 2013 Battle Tournament semi-finalists. Please contact support to change your name color back to yellow (only applies to semi-finalists from the 2013 Battle Tournament)
Clan/Alliance Limitations
Clan members may only apply for a transfer once they have left their clan. Clan leaders must dissolve the clan or re-assign leadership to another player before applying.
If you join a clan/alliance before the server transfer is complete, the server transfer will fail.
If you are registered on the Clan Entry waiting list, the server transfer will fail.
Transfer is not possible if your character is a Hero or is waiting to become a Hero.
