I just transferred there and im having a blast. You need to have a CP on magmeld though. My advice would be to join a decent clan.
If you play in Magmeld is big chance to know the hallen is leader of lv10 clan, he talk the in server is not much real players who make activity like all normal ppl (dayles, oly...) that is point of this thread ...

And getting off that server was the best thing for me. If you don't have a CP and run a scriptor you aren't going to get far on that server. Anyone who is legit left on that server has transferred or is considering it.

I still believe the your invest to transfer 89 iss not was good...
"If you don't have a CP" - so make , you may start any time just need to be active and with good talk skills, if you not talk = not have conversation with ppl how "you" (not you personal but every legit real player) may aspect the will get ppl in CP. Need to talk much even in my lol eng but ppl will know you and will wiling to do events or event asking you if you free to join in his event/deyle/farm... If "you are pro" who don't care for no one, if "you have" i'm L2 god attitude "you" will be forever alone 102,17% !!! :)
I also personal not have full CP never in 25 mounts of play here and i have 99/96/80/80 made w/o any bot - auto mode, BUT almost all time have 4-6 players whit who i make game events when i need to make

I'm not 89 and I actually have more fun on chronos in my clan with people I've known years. I can't do a CP as I work late and some nights I don't even play. This past weekend I wasn't even home much so obviously a cp isn't going to work well.
