Can't log iin

After the major lagg, I still can not login into the game. I always get stuck on the server window, did a repair and reboot, but still get the same problem

After the major lagg, I still can not login into the game.

And I could neither log in nor log out: two game clients got stuck in the repeating lag spikes.

I didn't think there could be a new low to the game. I was wrong. Kind of funny you can log in to buy nc coins but can't login to the game to spend them.
