I dont think there will ever be a complete fix, but at least you can get an official response by using their support ticket system...granted 95% of the tickets get automated responses...if you have a real issue/complaint...you might get an answer that makes you happy. I doubt it tho, anything good is probably kept a secret....lol. you know, legal liabilities :)
