improve game performance

Hello.
Below i'll show what FPS i have on different game settings, on what settings i want to play and on what im playing now.
My hardware written in the signature + i have Samsung 840 Pro SSD 128Gb.
For the test i choose place with and w/o many characters.

Its worse. But there is not so many ppl around as usual. Often i have 7 FPS here.


So my question is - what i can do for improve game performance? My friends say, that they have 20-30 FPS near kartia on settings, that i called "Im want to play on".

Play on private servers where u dont need gg.

What difference between off and private? Maybe other client? Game Engine? No, its latency. But im talking not about it, i have very good latency with euro servers. GG dont doing so many lags i think, not on this hardware.
