Judging from the context, I'd say it's #2.I've seen several time ppl in Hide (around 10 time since GOD and 3 time in oly) it can be bugged so u see the guy and it's prety funny to tell him so he can begin QQ u use programs but it's only a bug no worry and it happesns rarely.
This is ur best proof that I bot? really? This happened relatively short in time (7 days) and I was able to see him and tt him INGAME, not in any program (as far as I know, ranger radar shows you ppl in the area, so u scout them like that). Not the first time something weird happens ingame (u ever walked out of olympiad jail 50 secs before match started? it happened to me several times).
Keep talking trash that I bot, if I ever did, playing the time I played my char would be full gear, and is far from it.
Happened this way, Picollon was the npc of antaras expedition, the othel of my clan used HIDE in Hunters Village and teleported to entrance of antaras, he did not use HIDE in the place of Picollon, but the thundercat saw him...:D

He was already there pvping a clan mate, I went there, he used hide and run into the cavern, and I was able to see him. Already told u ingame, never botted in this game.

same happened to me in coc
went hide in the beginning was watching a dagger fighting someone (i was in hide ) after the dagger killed the guy the dagger instantly jumped me while i was still in hide
Sometimes when an Othell goes into hide before porting, there is a bug that makes them visible to other players. They can be seen(although shaded) and targeted, yet cannot be hit until they come out of hide.
As for the CoC, if you go into hide before the match starts, you can be seen by all other players(although shaded as well). In this case, since all characters are in a combat state, you can be targeted and hit. The solution is to wait until the match actually starts and THEN go into hide. Of course watch for AoEs or your cover is blown...
I was using inferno drake transform i think and it has hide skill, so I used that in soa and a war came in, I was just chilling waiting for him to move and then he started attacking me, but I escaped, later I asked how come he saw me and he said he just did.

Could be a bug.
I once ported to Seal of Shilen, to do 3rd profession change on alt, and saw full wartag party with their enemy nearby them, archer with camouflage buff on.
Obviously, they couldn't see him, but somehow I were able to, without any programs or bugs. As soon as his camouflage fade off, they started chasing that dude.
And since NCsoft programmers aren't the brightest and smartest in a world, this does not really surprise me.

GoD client doesnt receive info about hide characters. So u cant see hide by soft.

This comes from an ingame conversation where he accuses me repeteadly of using scripts and ranger, threatening me with posting pictures of me admitting it (see above) to which I laughed so much. Id rather shut the f@ck up if I didnt know why was this all about than leaving myself in evidence.
For thoose who talk about CoC, there are certain moments (minute 3 and 1 if Im not wrong) where ur hide disappear (game rules). People is so paranoid about scripts and bots that plague our servers that sees it where there isnt.
Nothing else to argue about this topic, if anyone is still thinking that I use ranger, tower or whatever, report me to GMs or bring proofs.
