best summoner race...

hi, i have human yul on main, what is the best class for summoner as dual?...human, dark, elf?...
wynn elf hit harder than dark elf?...or not?... :)
i know the race/basic stats are always the same with main character...

Race? You mean class. You can't change your race. The best race for a summoner is a dark elf imo because their base has more strength. The best CLASS of wynn is the elemental master unless you like doing aoe then the spectral better.

If you're going to use a Retributer Setup than the Dark Elf Spectral Master is superior to the Elemental Master. Their buff scales better and their STR is higher. Crit Damage buffs only apply to white dmg crits. P.Atk boosts all white damage and skills, and with the pet skills having about 11-13k Skill Power (at least the one you can see the debuff icon for that gives that info), it's a non-trivial amount of damage increase, IMO.


With a Bow Setup, I'd say the Elemental Master, especially when killing single-target. Everyone is eventually going to be using a Retributer once they get high enough that they aren't soloing for almost all their XP and start PvPing, so the edge goes to the Spectral Master.


But it's not huge enough to be a make or break, IMO.


For Olympiad Elf has a bit of an advantage.


You can switch between classes if you want with a promander from the L2Store. If you think you can level a bit faster as one but really want the other, then choose the faster leveling summoner and put a promander pack in your WH to use once you get to your target level and change to the one you prefer.

I'm looking for advise with last subclass skills. I have P. Atk./M. Atk. Increase lvl 4 and Atk. Spd./Casting Spd. Increase lvl 4. I'm surprised, that you mentioned retributer setup. I heard, that light armor and bow is best setup for Wynn, but with my Feoh as a possible backup would be better some mage equip.

If your main is a Dark Elf, you cannot subclass a (Light) Elf class. The reverse is also true. A Light Elf cannot subclass any of the Dark Elf classes.


So that leaves you to choose between the Human Summoner or a Dark Elf Summoner. Between those two, I would pick the Dark Elf Summoner.


Just to finish the thought, I would also choose a Dark Elf Summoner over a Light Elf Summoner...but that's mostly due to personal preference. I prefer characters with high STR from the very start.

Chaos essence brings me one question.Which is the best summoner?
1) spectral master
2)elemental master
or one of the "hybrids"
3) dark elf elemental master
4) light elf spectral master

There is very little difference between them, just read the skills and figure out which one you like best.

There is never any "best", and you asking for one, indicates you wont have the game knowledge or skill to get to the top of said class anyway.
