Here is my story...and my end with Lineage afther 2 years of legit and fun play.
Is long ... and this may be my last post on NCsoft...if you , dear user wanna read go on..if not pass on it
Started Lineage2 in octomber 2012 afther quit from other mmorpg...together with my brother..we created 2 characters eachother : I've created "Angerash and he created "Costakel (2 characters who had to become tanks afther awakened)... we played legit day by day together like two nobs..having no ideea about this game but discovering what to do with each day passed...remeber that we didn't even know what armour to use, or to take a mentor :D...anyway...around level 78-79 we get impresed about an yul archer in Shrine of Loiality and started 2 new characters : I've created "Tinkye and my brother created "Kattalina ...we had to become yul archers afther awakening..this time we had some ideea about equipment/PoA/mentor and was more easy to level up legit..with one time quests/daily quests and grinding for XP....We both awakend and got some beautiful yul archers (DE famale)....found a clan TheHorde with romanian ppl (like us) with some of them still be friend and talk at this time...and start to discover more and more about Lineage2...Remeber the time when we spent hours in harnak 3 to level up....he he :rolleyes:..my brothers left his yul at lvl 87 and made an ISS.
We had a little CP of romanian ppl in TheHorde (all clan was our CP) but we had some "fights" and everyone find other way.
I went in clan Einheit while my brother went in SH...other ppl went in Wrath and some of them quit Lineage2.
I remeber the time when I fight against my brother Einheit vs. SH ...einheit was dead I returned to my old home TheHorde.
Right before Lindvior update I've reached lv. 99 on "Tinkye - yul archer :)
My brother was still in SH as ISS lv. 98 while I had some fights with top members from SH ...i Got so mad that I start to kill all theyr bot trains while theyr protectors come to defend...I used my brother SH forum account and get some ilegal data about lot of SH... Maybe some of you remeber my big forum post about that SH member bot owners/ ZR users with 1000000% evident profs...but nothing happened ..My brother was kicked from SH ...top players still there even at this time doing same ilegal things and untouched by any NcSoft member.
Anyway my brother played a lil bit and quited Lineage2 but I've continued with my legit play...some of us from the old TheHorde cp where in GODS ---> TheHorde ----> Nemesis and finaily we find out home in NovaChrysalia...
All this time I played with my friends and radom ppl almost day by day ..few hours doing just dailyes/sieges/olympiad/Raids/ and some PvP + I think fish for 4-5 days...succeded to make till this hour:
main lv.99 yul ghost sentinel / dual lv.98 othel fortune seker and subclas lv. 80 and lv. 68 ...so 99/98/80/68 in almost two years of legit play..for fun..just dailyes/raid boses/and few hours of xp when nevit was up.
I had a decent character afther all this time with full +6 R99 la set and +4 R99 bow (took me 5 months to make that set +6 and more than 6 months to get 3+ bil adena for clean R99 bow) ... +4 bound R95 la set and +4 R95 dual dagers / istina shirt +3 /+3 str pendant acc/ talisman hellfire / +3 octavis neck/ and 2x earings and 2x rings from CoC gifted from my brother afther he quited.
Today ...afther I did dailyes 95 : k95 + Epic Spezion + GF + Spicula + Fortuna with some clan members and randoms and Baylor/CC/HF with randoms + K95 solo and SoS dq ...I loged out ...sleep 1 hour and wanted to log in coz we had to make epic Istina with clan ...but this was impossible...I went on acc management and I found that my account is BANNED :eek:...I've checked my email but NO mail from NcSoft regarding my account..so I've submited 2 support tickets...surprising me they answered very very very fast (less than 10 min ) and remeber when I used to report bots ,that big SH report or something else they reposnded afther 1-2 days...nvm..as usual they ansewred me with same standard answer that my account is permanently banned for using of 3rd party programs
"The account failed repeated verification attempts and was also verified exhibiting behavior only possible through the use of a 3rd party program."
I don't know what that means ...but if NcSoft think that A character like mine with gear maked in more than 1 year ..some gifted gear, 130 mil adena...300 PvP ... who day by day just make daily instances and quests ...who never had more than 100 points in oly ...is a bot or use other program...while in GF/HB/HF/Nornil we can see day by day same bots..while day by day..siege by siege we can see same X ilegal program user...and all of them play every day / every min/hour without stres and any investigation ...they are legit..then ..no words.
Afther almost 2 years many of you knwo me and my char "Tinkye ...if some of you saw me even 1 second boting or do something ilegal feel free to tell and post it here...
Anyway this was my stay on Lineage2 ... "Tinkye was my character at wich I worked and played for 2 years..I'm not a bot user or other ilegal program user to start over again with other character.
So to all my friends/known ppl/ even haters all i can say is good bye ppl..have fun and I hope that all legit players will not end like me.

Tell me someone from TheHorde who you know as boter or ZR user..or something else ilegal program user. Also about NovaChrysalia.
In Einheit I was for ~1 month only w/o any CP ... GODS less than Einheit.
Maybe some ppl from these clan boted or still bot but this doesen't means that all do.
And if you know so much tell me if you ever sau this char with in game name "Tinkye boting or using something ilegal.

You should check hidden places like pagan temple or HF - S2/N2 on Naia (where regular ppl don't go) some trains there more than 1 month ...and sometimes you can see 1-2 chars from top clans in bot party..lvl.up. theyr duals/sub...etc etc..also on bot...also well know scripters with 1 bil proffs and boters or adena seller from Naia...who get reported and all server know of them..and they are "legit".
NVM some1 who play legit day by day...some1 who's old enough and know how to eat this game..also know or can realize if someone is set on bot, or use ZR/ilegal programs.
GM from NcSoft doesen't have how to know all of these...easy way for them is to see regular bots train but never ZR user or smart ppl..they check some reports they get from some ppl.
I rly don't know what happened in my case..same as ppl who know me..i can't explain..maybe is a in game name coincidence or I rly can't explain.
But there is nothing to do...while some top players/donators get perm bann and unbann afther some time...nothing to say.
It's my end...As i've told to everyone who know me..i will not start again another character. Let's be honest now...w/o any ilegal program I'll need again two years to make a toon 99/99/80/80 on legit way and without NcCoins ...and i don't wanna think about gear/items ...I had most of my items before Lindvior ...but now on legit way you get to 99 in twilight..no epic jewels...So i don't wanna waste another 2 years to be at last like I was .

That what I did...din't care about top players/clans ..theyr fight..din't run to be the best..just played for fun and made my way..slow and step by step on legit way to top.

The official server is now lousy with cheats untouchable players with money nothing else.

Like was said above, you can get banned for being in a party with bot's and you can continue to petition if that's the case. That being said, the biggest part I took from your post is you are a dirt bag that threw his own brother under the bus, someone that deserves no pity imho.

I spend petition/reports of some genobots (eg) and old renobotio (harnak), one month ago KTP show the "first legit 99 of NA servers" botting.

Considering the adena/drop rates on GoD launch you got basicly adena with no effort, so I really do not know how 15b in over 2years seem to be so extraordinary for you.
Especially because there were people like me that went with immo/apo until very high levels and bought the cheap high-grade items with the adena I had then.
Now guess what the result was, after all the drop nerf story my gear was worth 3-5 times more.

Don't know who you are and since when you play...before Lindvior when you could get full undefined drops in almost any instance was easy to make adena...even if you was in a CP where all drops was sold and adena shared.
I bought all my R99 set in undefined before lindvior...with ~ 800kk you could get all set at that time...and make it +6 in time (6 months)...since my brother quited he had also some R99 items on his inventory before lindvior..all I've done was just to unbid them and make some billions afther Lindvior...
This is just a story for you if you didn't play before Lindvior.
IDK nothing about bot/script programs and that item..i had nothing suspicious in my inventory...if that can be a problem then is bad...
also is sad that GM give answer like bots ..same standard answer at every submitet tiket..insde make a full and deep check of account logs.

Anyway , is not new , bots/zr/ebayers will always be welcome and unbanned...i once knew a guy who donated to ncsoft , he went to bot , he got banned , and after 10 mins he was unbanned again...it happened 3 times before he got a total ban...
So far i'm still legit and safe , i even have videos proving i'm not using anything (people crying "you target too fast" or "you target iss with polymorph" should learn what is "next target" and what a "bug" is , since NCWest is full of bugs) , but if one day i'll get ban with such a lolreason , i will just take a deep and loud laugh and change server , 'coz it will prove that just scripters/cryers/donators are free to play in NCWest servers , and the few legits who fight bots and scripters are not welcome here ^^

Octavis neck and 4x CoC jewels was gifted all from my brother .he also got octa neck from SH clan...as for other CoC jewels remember that he farmed every night CoC at that time for more that 1 month.

Yeah, he had no fault, he was only the one who abused his brother's account for his own private war with SH thereby getting his brother kicked from SH and quitting game. With brotherly love like that you should be taking that candy from stranger's and feel more loved. His brother on the other hand gave him his gear on the way out the door, you know acting like a real brother and not falling to his dirt bag sibling's level.

Just to inform you...my brother was planing to quit lineage before joined SH ...yeah ...he was planying to quit but found a CP in SH...in his stay on SH that wasn't his home...from him i know all..he told me that 5 ppl from 7 from his CP use ZR...also he told me a lot of SH illegal activities...in conclusion..he wasn't that person to give his life for SH...didn't care so much for SH....he was playing also just for fun..at 1 point i remember that he wanted to take a brek 1/2 weeks ...but it was imposible in SH....and didn't care when was kicked from SH...he had good gears...he could still play L2...but he stoped.
So please stop thinking that i've made something wrong to my brother.

Seems that GM have just 3 standard answers then they don't know what to say anymore...That's all I've got 3x answers almost identical...ALL saying "Though we regret having to take these types of actions, we believe it is in the best interest of our service that the account remains permanently closed due to the previously indicated rules violation."
Ather that no support ticket answer even I submit 2/3 everyday ....
So this is it...if they can't give my "Tinkye back I don't wanna play on other characters...don't want to start again.
3rd tool sites have a lot of people talking about unban, if bot users got unban, regular users can got unban too.
You must be patient and talk to NC about the problem.

Rationalize it any way you want. You still abused privileged information that wasn't your's to further a private vendetta.Was it your brother that posted that info up on forum's from his SH acct ? No it was you, you abused your right as a family member, if it had been done in reverse and he say logged in your game acct and got you banned, I am quite sure you would have been POed about it.
Not condoning illegal play, but as the old saying goes, two wrong's don't make a right. In your case you compounded your wrong by doing it to a family member. Rationalize it however you want, doesn't make it right.
