Dear GM's of Shilen,
I enjoy playing L2 and have played since beta on and off (due to the addiction of L2 lol) and always the castle sieges are the most fun part of the game. Lately though the sieges in Shilen Server have been unplayable for me, my friends & clannies who do not use programs to automate game play. Every time members of 2 clans appear who use these programs everyone else around them are frozen and cannot move or react even though they can see things going on around them. This makes the sieges so unfair and pointless for true players of this game.
All I ask is that maybe today you could pop into our server and see this happening and maybe support the people who are actually here to enjoy the game and not let a program play for them. It would be nice to see who would have castles if they had to fight on their own merit.

Nice post, most bots ruin the play game and economy server, why in Inova server EU ppl dont use bot anyway, the server losing active players to only bot on servers comom ncsoft wokup or L2 NCWEST closing all servers.
I gave a try on the Core server in the Innova co., but seriously, although I can agree with you about the bot there (dunno if really they exist there, but if they do, atleast isnt too blatant as we see here), I've been concerned that you can swap that bot experience with the "real" players playing there.
From almost the whole week I was leveling a toon there, I didnt talk or had a open conversation with anyone, so I felt I was playing a single player game - people there no talk, no interact, no drama, nothing. They run up and down like robots, just doing their mechanic stuffs. If I ever asked something in wide chat, I just got back the cold air as answer; even at raiding, every try of interaction with the party I was on failed miserably.
Dont need to use english language there, since every player just recognize and uses his own language. Its like taking a bunch of completely strangers together and asking their to run the Babel Tower.
The cities are empty, the live shops in town just care to sell xp runes and vit pots, nothing more. No heroes s.h.t-talking in hero voice (at least while I was there), pt martching just working for 99'ers - but this seems right, since I had the feeling even the elpies there can level fast to 99, too many boosts.
But again and seriously, what was killing me to boredoom, and almost making me to kill a kitten while screaming for a ritalin pill, was the "dead-zombified" feeling on that server and people being too blasé to each other. Imo, its too much pokerface for a low population server, for real.
So after a near 2 month break, I decided to re-log on the server here, and guess what? In less than 3min from my login, a bunch of friends just pm'ed and we start talking blablabla to each other, while at the same time I was joking with a strange in the middle of Aden square. Then I did log off and went to watch a movie. That's it.

He might have been a guy that never went to forums, but the in-game situation forced him to post just one message in which he declares his fedupness for a certain feature of this game. Which is sad in my opinion... A guy that was content enough until now to not care about what goes on in the forums, but whose anger reached a critical point.

+1 ... On my original forum account, I only browsed for years without signing up until I was p/o'd about something...I stuck primarily to my old clan/ally's forums. But as for innova...I also loaded it up a while back and made a toon for sh**s n gigs. I can vouch for the "all alone" feeling as well. The game was for the most part the same at lower lvls, since you're pretty much used to being alone anyways...but man, nobody would talk to you. I had to pester the crap out of a dude to get him to acknowledge me, so I could try to get into their academy. All in all, it was refreshing to not see bots, but the live interaction or lack thereof, is what made me realize it wasn't for me. It's not on my pc anymore. :-)... As for the bot problem on your server OP, I don't think you can do much about it. Report them as much as possible, and have all your friends/clannies do the same via support tickets....I wouldn't hold my breath, but it's about all you can do. I've seen some situations here on Chronos like that, but not always...so there's some hope :-P
Im not Elphy or anyone you know. Im just a person that just got sick of every siege been frozen standing like an idiot cause I couldn't move due to programs. I didn't put my real char name as Im not a major well know char & I don't really want to deal with the torrent of abuse I sometimes see when someone posts.
To be honest maybe this helped a little as on Sundays siege it didn't happen once :P
Oh and Im not a guy hehe :)
