Please confirm or dismiss if with the next update R95 gear will be removed from Olympiad Manager.
I saw on the korean site (that many people point to as being the official wiki) that with their current version, in Olympiad manager you can only buy R99 gear.
So please Juji or Vali confirm or dismiss this because I want to but at least 1 armor piece of Seraph considering I have the tokens as well as adena (for the entire set), and perhaps enough fame for just 1 piece (for the entire set I would need 1.7 million lol).
Please I really need an answer; it would be unpleasant to see the next update and no Seraph in Oly manager (Seraph prices from players are ridiculous--on Magmeld server at least).

And as I've said, the Seraph parts sold by players are really expensive cuz most of them don't sell clean parts, they sell ++++ with max lvl attribute and so forth. I saw only one player selling some clean seraph boots with 80 million, and 411 million is all the adena I have available (gathered with much time spent in Spezion and the daily boring stuff to get some basic drops to sell, but which are rarely dropped). Even if I manage to buy an entire clean set with 411 million (which I honestly doubt) there is still the weapon I have to worry about. I have Requiem duals, let's say I won;t bother with specter duals, apocalypse duals are pretty expensive too.
Bottom line: spending 165 million + 110 000 tokens would be very reasonable to get seraph set if not for the insane amount of fame needed to do it. But even so, maybe I can gather enough fame to get 1 piece of seraph armor. Which brings me to my original question: will the Seraph still be available in Oly shop by the time I manage to gather fame for at least 1 Seraph armor piece (the one which would be most expensive to buy from players)?

as clearly displayed by the R99 situation where it was Confirmed that the prices would not change... and they did change... so instead of fixing it, our poor NC west folks had to bite the proverbial bullet, and inform us after the fact that there was nothing they could do.

Where they cheaper before or what? I know that after Valiance a rumor was started that the prices were doubled or something and that with the next update they would change to more earthly values, but then I read in a General Discussion thread that the current prices are "final" for the time being.
It's not a rumour. Prior to Valiance, the prices at the Olympiad manager in the Western versions were cut in half compared to the prices in the Korean servers. The devs then sneakily* decided to put the Western prices in line with the Korean ones with the Valiance patch.
*And this is why not even Juji has a definite answer on the topic at hand.

While I appreciate you taking the time to answer...
although I sympathize with your cause, I must say my advice still stands. Just there's no reason to you to waste your hard earned fame with only seraph items, and you clearly said you wanna buy at least "1 piece" of that entire set - not even the entire set you hope to get, lol. Believe me: you will miss that fame at the future.
Now I notice you didnt explicit your class, level or if you'r focused in pve (I guess) or pvp atm. Because these things will strongly determine your routine when it comes to gear yourself up.
All in all, for a pve player, a good +4 TW with some strongs elements are enough even if you plan to go till 97+ and on, any average player will be fine with that. You mentioned you use duals, well, if you r an iss, stick to your requiems, since it wont matter if you have requiem or apo duals; the contrary if you play tyrr, then its a must to upgrade your weapon before your armor, and make it 300 element. ITS A MUST. And duals can be made of 2 swords of inferior grade - ex.: Apo Cutter costs around 150m in Bartz server atm, so for a specter dual you will need the start amount of 300m (2x clean apo cutters). Pretty simple.
Just be aware of this common behavior on a daily basis: remember to always check AFK's shops, AH prices for your desired items and keep an eye on the shout/trade chat as soon you take the foot in any city like aden/giran. You never know when a good trade will strike on your hands. :cool:

It's true I didn't give too many details about my class and whatnot, but you've pretty much had me all figured out (guessing even my class:p though perhaps that wasn't very hard for a veteran player). I will seriously take your advices into consideration. I might save up that fame for other things and maybe try to stay in twilight until way after 95 (now if only the blessed armor enchants would work 100% and not be so enticing to sell for heavy duty adena, perhaps I could even make the set +4).
One question though: is it wise to buy fame with tokens?
^ Y, it's worth. If you r low level, just bother to do at least 10 matches per month, what's will guarante you 40-50k tokens, worth then 40-50k fame per month.
As for economic situation we have now, its super common you find 95+ parties filled with players in TW+apo gear still. And at least for good players, that isnt a factor to worry about, either.

@Ratri: yes, and that f.c.king server is killing me to death by boredoom, to say it simple. And @iNoisia, now I regret from my mistake of not caring to do oly since my early 85'ish. I did start to care only when I was past 96+, and since I cant participate in siege due to my worktime, I'm struggling to get the amount of fame I need.
This whole system is just ridiculous. 5M fame for r99 weapon ... i'm on every siege, on every dim siege and don't even have 1M fame ... someone should really think how this game work before they do major changes.
Yeah, fame is a beotch to obtain. Even if you buy fame for tokens, you still don't acquire it at a reasonable pace. The only three ways to gather fame I understand to be siege, fortress siege and buy fame from oly. Other than that I know no way of gathering fame.

Unfortunately, with the Valiance update we had a last minute script change that gave us the Korean prices. We received no notice about the changes to the prices in the script, so we waited 3 months for an answer. When we requested to change the prices back, they rejected our request.
The wiki articles are usually lacking in details or are outdated. A large chunk of the patch notes for Valiance were manually written by our team.
And since Nova is on Naia we are not even able join CoC coz their sweet bots.

NC will ban any bots found if they cared enough to look and if you bother to check history you'll see neither Cloud or me for example cares about that as long as ppl can do once again CoC normally like it's supposed to be..
things got dramatically worse CoC wise since last maintenance so feel free to speculate as to why cause that doesn't really matter does it ? what matters is that NC starts doing their job and moderate & police their game else the cow they've been milking will dry up fast when there's no "game" left to play as so to say.

I am sorry to hear that Korea has such a strong decision-taking power over NCWest when I am sure they are not aware of the different situation we have on our servers when compared to theirs.
