I was trying to find this information, but there is nothing about it. So I would love to know, if we can expect new Lineage 2 update this year (2014) or 2015 or.... 2459:D
The only thing we can tell you is that a Russian version of the Dimensional Strangers update has been sent to Innova for internal testing - where it was promptly stolen.
Like Tiferet said, we have no information about the situation at NCWest, but if you can read Russian you should be able to play an Ertheia before the end of this year :)

You will be able to play the original patch even before the year
Actually i saw somewhere that they're suppose to arrive for the 10th L2 anniversary (summer time - 4/5 months)
'Coz atm we already got Valiance+Raiders update , so the next one is the Ertheia's patch , from valiance count 6/7 months (actually Patches comes out every 5-8 months , but mostly every 6-7)

It's just a private server with Ertheia client. Ertheia (EP1.0 version) update will be released on Innova not earlier than May (or mb even later).
I'm not so excited about this update even - dunno, but it smells like when they introduced kamael at first time, and the ownage festival that f.c.king chicken class was. I'm not convinced only the Ertheia's cutness will be enough to pull that fascination of the player base, no no no. Prepare for some god **** twists when they come around.

Having watched a few videos from that pirate server with Ertheia update on youtube, I got an odd question: on that server, Ertheia characters were able to subclass any professions, while in the official patch notes it was stated they're limited to their own race only (same as Kamaels before). What is the point in implementing that restriction?

Actually it's the opposite, the Ertheia can dual class any profession except their own: basically, a Gravity Ranker* can't dual class a Sayha's Seer* and vice versa.
Besides, the Ertheia can't subclass.

You can write and think whatever you want. Innova localization team has received texts (just texts) for translation recently. Now think how long it will take before implementing the update at least on PTS.
