Hello,
so I have some huge connection problems. I can't reach
www.lineage2.com, can't even start Launcher (says smth like "session expired").
So please help me i spent about 30 min to post this ****.
All other online games + web pages are running without any problems.

If it is any consolation, there are similar problems at the NCKorea Powerbook Wikipedia:

No, only Koreans can play on Korean servers. You need a Korean Resident Registration Number to make an account. I am from Germany :p
