When you are new is when you have the least need for adena nowaday's. Follow the path of awakening and go to lineage2.com and claim your reward's at each appropriate level. You get all your armor/weapon's and shot's needed to get to 85. At 85 you get your diploma's that are enough for your R grade weapon, armor, jewelry and a few shot's. This is when you will start to need adena, you should have a couple hundred mil stockpiled at this point from quest reward's and drop's to tide you over as you learn what you need to do at 85 + .
And remember to get a mentor as soon as you can for the leveling % bonus, in short your NCcoin's aren't needed till 85 + as this is when the game really start's these day's, so save them for down the road.

You don't really need to buy anything until 85. Everything in the sense of gear and shots you get from the path to awakening. The daily quests will pay adena, the higher you get the more adena is paid. Save your adena for later.
