Good Day everyone , i would like to share bad experience with you guys. Yesterday my account was banned. Like Gm said because of using "3rd program". However my character was standing in on place and i was just dual boxing the other to get my level faster. In order to user's agreement rule
21: You may not use any third-party program (such as a "bot") in order to automate gameplay functions, including playing, chatting, interacting or gathering items within Lineage II.
There where no automate game play going , they just banned me because i was standing in one place. And now Gm just closing my tickets and making them "solved". They are not solved , because they not providing me with any proof i am asking.
So everyone be carefull leaving charecters in city or other places , because they can be banned for reason "3rd program using".

EULA is true because it says that you can be blocked without any explanation, so you may relax and bot up another char.
Its not about making another char, because it can be with anyone. I cant afford to spent alot of hours again to reach same levels and items. I wont post this if i knew i was boting or something when i was get banned. I did nothing just dual boxing , and it is allowed. In that case they can bann everyone without the reason. Ohh it will be reason "using 3d program" , i'm using alot of programs in my computer....
There must be more to this....I can't tell you how many times I've dual boxed and lvl'd up chars. I've never had a ban...never had a worry... But I've also never botted or did any rmt or any account sharing etc...
you can be banned for account sharing;
you can be banned for RMT'ing;
you can be banned for botting up
These are the simpliest ones, and like they've said "none player will be banned without a reason, at all", or at least with a previous investigation. And here is the catchy: it doesnt matter if you did it in the past or right now, as I write here. If you did, so you'r one of the risky target, that's it.
Anyway, who cares? Not me, I can assure, but I'd like to say these tears... they are pretty delicious.

BUT try to make tiket for privet RTM user your tiket will get SOLVED mark and close... mail will be like this ... so just wait to "soon" never happen...

You understand that NCSOFT may in its sole and absolute discretion terminate Your ability to access or use the Game for any reason or for no reason whatsoever.
If you look at the EULA more closely you will find that in there (unless they changed it again).

you can be banned for something you did 2 years ago.
and when they say "solved"
they really mean they read and reviewed the ticket.
some times they respond before it becomes "solved"
you can always add to the ticket.

Unless you are a premium user (a person that gives NCSoft more than 100-200$ per month) in which case you can do whatever the f.c.k. you want cuz hey why would they cut their own feet?
The ventrilo conversations about this are numerous, with veteran premium users assuring new guys, that are interested to do illegal stuff in-game, that no harm will come to them if they spend 100-200$ on NCoins or premium packs whatever.
