PPl to you know what is the chance about hair Augment p.def / m.def? any ppl have p.def / m.def +5%? its possible or 0.001% to take this augment?

Are you talking about augment or pendant? Because 5% pdef/mdef is a pendant applied to a hair accessory, not an augment to it.

jewelry augment is something different then hair accessory augments
