for olympiad, it depend what you are fighting. if you are are aginst feoh, it is better to maximise the mdef "delete daring, equip mdef accessory and use fully istina/octa jewels or better if u have.
for fight against tyrr it is better if u can hold him per exemple. for that, AQ, and if I remember good, istina ring or octa earring can help you.
