I'm not a Yul yet but was wondering if a MS gets 20‰ cd reduction at 99 wouldn't they get 10 from the other rapid stance 10 from wizard 10 from frint 20 from Eva rune and what ever else from armor bonus? So 70+%?

Does qr from soul bow work for 15% more?

and @ thread starter quick recovery isnt for skill reuse ;)
