10th Anniversary UI known issues:
The 7pm raid timeframe is missing from the Raid UI. It should read “Every weekend from Friday to Sunday at 11am, 2pm, 7pm and 11pm”.
The 10th Anniversary UI will disappear after exiting the Beauty Shop. Relog into your character to return the UI.
The Valakas raid on Naia will be fixed. If the issue persists after the update, please click here (http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=266539) and let us know.

Dunno, this account was made in 2004 and I have other accounts made in 2005 that now show a creation date of 2012 when they forced us to do the email logins but I think they should go by account creation date, not character birthday.
Since the subject of the month is on the finance, profit, revenue, etc ...
Any predictions releasing new outfits for the characters.

im also guessing we will have dragon weapons in the l2store most likely for ncoin just as they had the hero weapons temporarily, its a celebration after all #lineage2_10th!!

My main account is October 2004...but I also have a 2006...the other 2 at GoD start......This forum account date changed around when you said, but the game account info is still old...weird...with that being said, hopefully they have their s*** straight if they go by account dates etc...otherwise my char's all have the correct birthdays :-P ... There's a high likelihood it will be something stupid and useless anyways...I could do without another Chrono instrument

Should we expect like other surprise broken things after this "fix"? Last time you guys tried to fix something like Google Chrome for example we all know how that went...U say that Valakas will be fixed on Naia, well it was bugged on Magmeld also. Lindvior raid was bugged one time also: it never went over the first ground stage regardless of it's hp dropping to 0-1%, this was petitioned and we got no answer. After 3 days the raid worked normaly...

yeah i hope they trace master plaync acc creation date, cos i did a lot of rerolls after c3, c4, so those new chars are short of being 10 years in Age

In Korea they are neither obtainable in-game nor was there ever another store promotion.
The interesting question is, since NCsoft knew about the extremely negative feedback the Brooch System got in Korea, why did they introduce those things over here too? I am afraid the answer is naked, shameless greed :D
For the 10-year veteran reward you have set the cutoff date to 28th of April 2004. My suggestion would be to set the cut off date to the 31st of May 2004 which would give the reward to all characters that were created during the first month of the official game release.
<- closed beta player here and my char has as birthday 28th March 2004.. don't know where you get the April/May part from..
28th of march was the first day of open beta. All closed beta characters were forcibly deleted, my own included.
