For the 10-year veteran reward you have set the cutoff date to 28th of April 2004, but Lineage2 NA actually went officially live on the 1st of May 2004. All closed beta characters were deleted which means that only open beta characters that were created during the month of April 2004 can get the 10-year veteran reward. Is this working as intended?
Otherwise, my suggestion would be to set the cut off date to the 31st of May 2004 which would give the reward to all characters that were created during the first month of the official game release.

I personally think this is unfair. Most servers nearly do not exist this long. Some classes like the Kamael do not exist this long. I created a new Character to play Lineage 2 from the minut Bartz re-opened in Dec 2011. Although I got alot of accounts with account creation details back to Chronicle 2 in August 2005. I wonder if this is fair? Free to Play came out and the basic understanding of all Classes changed big time. Due to the Awakened Class system (GOD update) so many players started to create and play different Classes on their old created account. Any comments about this?

The veteran status should of really been based on when the account was created, not the toons.
I have 1 account that was created during prelude, but all of my toons on that account are not that old due to deleting some of my 1st toons & re-rolling.
the Agathions - Uthanka, Bugbear, Bamboo Panda can be transferred to ur other toons via dimensional merchant, but Antharas & the rest cannot. is this a poor consistency issue or intended

yeah i agree with this guy... at the start in beta, we were all testing characters anyway. testing what each char type could do etc. hardly a time to create a more permanent character. and if such was the case, why would we keep and carry those test characters in our acc until today ?? for sure i would have deleted mine.

Would it be possible to inquire of the possibility of awarding veteran rewards based on account creation rather than a characters birthday? My account was created in March 2004 but I settled playing a toon whose b-day is 2/4/2006. I am a 10-year Veteran but only qualify for 8-year based on current system.

So what's the real date for the game going live? I always went by April 28, 2004 of the game box release. When I got my preorder box, that I had to wait for them to dig it out of the boxes. Everyone was grabbing the City of hero's and I got funny looks when I grab Lineage 2

Good question... My account was created March 30th 2004 but I didn't apply my retail code till May 3rd.... I don't recall having stopped playing so I assume we had a grace period of some sort

dunno if this helps but try click on 'reset window location' under options, log off & exit the client, then boot up again. if not try changing ur resolution size - i can't see some panels when i use 800 x 600 on my monitor, it's off the screen
The draco ride is atleast something visual... dunno the stats for it if it runs faster or if its just a ride like all other mounts in L2?
It has a run speed skill just like the horses. It's a mount that's about it. Doesn't fly really, it kinda glide along on the ground then runs on its feet.
The antharas agathion is friggen ADORABLE! Wished I could of got it on my other accounts

Yeah it's not too impressive for 10 years of dedication. After claiming all the 10 years of gifts most of them I trashed because I wasn't interested in them and my warehouse is full as it is. There isn't any agathion that I have that gives me a buff like the Rudolph one. Why have an agathion out that does nothing when you have one that gives a constant buff right?

Actually , it's not so "Unfair"
I created xHaseo on Naia's server 2 yaers ago , so i could pick just 2 years items , but , in the same account , i've my old main toon BladeOfSplendor (fantasy ftw) , which have almost 8 years of life , so i could pick 'till 7th year reward , and most of the items are tradable via dimensional manager...
The real "unfair" thing , is that almost anything they gave as reward was pure shi...it's ok , for the 1st/4th year having maybe agathions...but after 8 years you reward me with an antharas agathion? i mean , it's cute as hell , i'd like to have it , but it cannot be sold , so it's just a rare item i will never use again and leave it dieing in my WH...

As I log in and find my main character (Censored) on Chronos was created 6/2/2004 I am not qualified for the 10 year veteran pack? I have been playing this game for roughly 10 years. I find that missing a main prize in this game by 1 month and 4 days not only to be discouraging but unacceptable.
Please allow the long time veterans, literally your bread and butter to have access to all gifts.

It's based on the character's birthday creation date. The month of April was when you needed to create it in order to get the 10 yr pack. You made it in June so therefore yea you missed the mark.
You didn't miss out on anything. It's just a Lynn Draco mount that doesn't do anything more than your horse mount does. You get a balloon cheer stick again and that's it. no special name,title or appearance.
Don't even cry over not getting it. It wasn't even worth it.
The 10th Anniversary Pack is available on April 28th in celebration of our 10th Anniversary! It's 1 NCoin (1 per account) and has tons of great items inside!
Wohoo! More Blessed Scrolls of Escape for my Healer! Good thing I do not even have 1 NCoin left to get this Pack. Trololo.

qualification is based on individual character creation date, yet the veteran packs are limited to 1 per type per account, not 1 per type per character which qualifies. seems like they changed their minds at the last minute? what if i have 7 x 10 year veterans (i created all 7 on the same date), then i would still have to choose one char to receive the black balloon stick to show off to ppl he's 10 years ... the other 6 chars ... they're 10-year noobs
because the lyn draco is a pretty significant gift item (compared to the other junk), i opine nc should allow those accounts which qualified 10 years to send in a petition for the final pack.
Anyone else notice about the time Chronos crashed that the 1-day 10th package was no longer available on Naia and after Chronos finally come up it was gone to?
Guess those who didn't get on early missed the big stuff. Not sure what a day (cant be 24 hours) is for the game anymore.
